Membership
Information & Application
Members can access the dock 24/ 7/365 unless water or dock safety conditions require closing. Members are also able to bring two guests 17 and over per year. Kids 16 and under are always welcome when accompanied by a member in good standing.
In order to maintain an enjoyable fishing atmosphere, membership is currently capped at 250 members. 90% of the membership slots are reserved for residents of Bell County. If membership interest exceeds the cap set by the Board, a waitlist will be kept and prospective members contacted when a space is available. Bell County residents take precedence over any non-resident when space is available.

Membership Fees
A non-refundable fee of $30 must be paid when submitted.
Members pay an annual fee of $120.00.
Application Form
A $30 new member application fee must be submitted at the time of application. This fee is not refundable if your membership is not approved. If the membership cap has been reached, you will not have to reapply when a space is available. The application fee can be paid online when submitting the application form below or a PDF form of the membership application can be downloaded and mailed with a check. Once your application has been approved, you will be notified of the pro-rated membership amount through March 31st of the following year. After payment is received, we will mail your membership cards with the current gate code. As we are all volunteers, the process can take some time, so please be patient!
